Owner & Program Manager

Kyra brings over 20 years of experience in community case management and human services. She is known for her compassion, advocacy, and dedication to understanding each client’s unique needs. With a background in direct care, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and an LSX certification, Kyra leads CCM‑4U with honesty, creativity, and unwavering support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and going “upta camp.” Her motto: “Advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.”

Lisa Ross

Administrator

Lisa Ross is passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for every client. Inspired by her sister with IDD, she is dedicated to making sure everyone feels valued, respected, and at home. Lisa brings positive energy, advocacy, and genuine care to her work, whether she’s creating sensory‑friendly spaces, offering a listening ear, or brightening someone’s day. Outside of work, she enjoys podcasts and spending time with her daughter and husband.

Troy Welch

Community Case Manager

Troy has over two years of experience at CCM‑4U and a degree in Mental Health and Human Services. He is patient, calm, and committed to making sure clients feel heard, supported, and respected. Troy works side‑by‑side with clients to find services, build skills, and reach goals one step at a time. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, traveling, and listening to music. His motto: “Never stop dreaming.”

Ellie brings a warm, down‑to‑earth approach to helping clients reach their goals. With a background in psychology and early childhood education, she focuses on building strong connections, breaking goals into manageable steps, and celebrating progress along the way. Outside of work, Ellie enjoys swimming, baking, sledding, and shopping.

Frederick “Fred” Giordano III

Adult Community Case Manager

Fred is dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate services and work toward their goals. Known for his patience, communication, and steady presence, he enjoys partnering with clients in the community and helping families access the support they need. In his free time, Fred enjoys playing music, cooking, traveling, and video games. His motto: “Winners never quit and quitters never win.”

With over nine years of experience in human services, Justine is known for her caring nature, patience, and deep understanding of the individuals she supports. She provides compassionate, respectful guidance while empowering clients to access the services they need. Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her children and listening to country music. Her motto: “Life is short, don’t blink!”

Case Manager & Training/Quality Assurance

John brings ten years of experience in human services and a steady, organized approach to his work. He helps clients set clear milestones, advocates strongly for their needs, and ensures they feel heard and respected. Outside of work, John enjoys the gym, family time, nature, and anything involving movement. His motto: “Nothing About Us Without Us.”
